Stella Quintet
is a Japanese role-playing game series targeted at a female demographic audience from Koei. The title is Italian for ''The Golden String''. The story was adapted into a manga by the game's character designer, Yuki Kure, which is serialized in ''LaLa'' magazine. An anime adaptation, titled ''La Corda d'Oro: Primo Passo'', was first broadcast by TV Tokyo from October 2006 to March 2007. The anime also premiered on Animax. It was aired across its respective networks worldwide, including Hong Kong and Taiwan, and also translated and dubbed into English for its English language networks in Southeast Asia and South Asia, and other regions. Koei Tecmo
is a Japanese video game, amusement and anime holding company created in 2009 by the merger of Koei and Tecmo. Koei Tecmo Holdings owns several companies, the biggest one of those being its flagship game developer and publisher Koei Tecmo Games that was founded in 1978 as Koei. Koei Europe was the first subsidiary to change its name to Tecmo Koei Europe, Ltd and to release video games under the new moniker.
