Stefon Adams
Stefon Lee Adams (born August 11, 1963) is a former professional American football cornerback in the National Football League (NFL). He played six seasons for the Los Angeles Raiders (1986–1989), Cleveland Browns (1990), and Miami Dolphins (1990). He was selected by the Raiders in the third round of the 1985 NFL Draft. Adams played wide receiver for the Sacramento Surge in 1992. He was part of the Sacramento Surge team that won World Bowl II in 1992. The 1985 NFL draft was the procedure by which National Football League teams selected amateur college football players. The draft was held April 30 and May 1, 1985, at the Omni Park Central Hotel in New York City, New York. The league also held a supplemental draft after the regular draft and before the regular season. The first six selections of the draft made at least one Pro Bowl, and three of the first 16 picks — Bruce Smith, Chris Doleman, and Jerry Rice — have been inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
