Stefka Petrova ( bg, Стефка Петрова), (b. 1950) is a prominent Bulgarian nutritionist and the director of the National Center of Public Health Protection (NCPHP), Sofia, Bulgaria. She is also the national consultant on nutrition at the Bulgarian Ministry of Health.
