Stefan Müller (born September 20, 1979) is a Switzerland, Swiss javelin thrower. Müller is the Swiss national record holder with 82.07 metres, achieved in September 2006 in Bern.Swiss athletics records
He finished seventh in the javelin final at the 2006 European Athletics Championships in Gothenburg, throwing a personal best. He won a bronze medal at the Athletics at the 2005 Summer Universiade, 2005 Summer Universiade.

Stefan Müller (mathematician)
Stefan Müller (born 15 March 1962 in Wuppertal) is a German mathematician and currently a professor at the University of Bonn. He has been one of the founding directors of the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics in the Sciences in 1996 and was acting there until 2008. He is well known for his research in analysis and the calculus of variations. He is interested in the application of mathematical methods in the theory continuum mechanics, especially material science and problems involving microstructures. He spent his entire career with SC Freiburg. Career Born in Schopfheim, Müller joined SC Freiburg in 1993, and making his debut the following season as the club went on to finish third in the Bundesliga. He played a further ten seasons for the club, eight of which were at the highest level – Freiburg were relegated in 1997 and 2002, but bounced back immediately on both occasions. Stefan Müller (born 3 September 1975) is a German politician of the Christian Social Union (CSU) has been serving as a member of the Bundestag from the state of Bavaria since 2002. In addition to his parliamentary mandate, Müller served as one of two Parliamentary State Secretaries at the Federal Ministry of Education and Research in the government of Chancellor Angela Merkel from 2013 until 2018.
