Stefan Dannö
Stefan Dannö (born 10 February 1969) is an international former Speedway rider who rode in the Speedway World Championship. He also rode for the Eastbourne Eagles in the British Speedway League and Indianerna in the Swedish Elite League when they were champions in 1990 and 1991. He was Swedish Champion in 2003. His brother Roland Dannö was also a speedway rider. Östersund
Östersund (; sma, Staare) is an urban area (city) in Jämtland in the middle of Sweden. It is the seat of Östersund Municipality and the capital of Jämtland County. Östersund is located at the shores of Sweden's fifth-largest lake, Storsjön, opposite the island Frösön. It is the only city in Jämtland. The northern part of the urban area is located inside of the municipality of Krokom. Östersund is the region's cultural and economical centre and by tradition a city of trade and commerce. The 1996 Speedway World Team Cup was the 37th edition of the FIM Speedway World Team Cup to determine the team world champions. Eastbourne Eagles Riders
Eastbourne () is a town and seaside resort in East Sussex, on the south coast of England, east of Brighton and south of London. Eastbourne is immediately east of Beachy Head, the highest chalk sea cliff in Great Britain and part of the larger Eastbourne Downland Estate. The seafront consists largely of Victorian hotels, a pier, theatre, contemporary art gallery and a Napoleonic era fort and military museum. Though Eastbourne is a relatively new town, there is evidence of human occupation in the area from the Stone Age. The town grew as a fashionable tourist resort largely thanks to prominent landowner, William Cavendish, later to become the Duke of Devonshire. Sweden are one of the major teams in international speedway. They have been managed by Mats Olsson, who is currently in his 2nd spell, since 2005 after he quit in 2000. The current captain is 2000 World Under-21 Champion Andreas Jonsson. Speedway World Cup The Sweden national speedway team has won the Speedway World Team Cup and Speedway World Cup on 10 occasions and were a major force in the opening years of the tournament, winning 4 out of the first 5, between 1960 and 1964. Daniel Jan Andersson (born 27 September 1974) also known as Dalle Andersson is a former international motorcycle speedway rider from Sweden. Speedway career Andersson reached the final of the Speedway World Team Cup in the 1996 Speedway World Team Cup, he stood as reserve behind Stefan Dannö and Niklas Klingberg.
