Statens Kunstfond
The Danish Arts Foundation (Danish: Statens Kunstfond) is the principal Danish government funded arts foundation founded by a special Law on 27 May 1964. Statens Kunstfond alongside the :da:Statens Kunstråd (English sometimes State Arts Council now Danish Agency for Culture) allocates funds provided by the Ministry of Culture ( :da:Kulturministeriet). It is overseen and administered by the :da:Kulturstyrelsen (Danish Cultural Authority) which is an administrative unit of the Ministry of Culture. Danish Language
Danish (; , ) is a North Germanic language spoken by about six million people, principally in and around Denmark. Danish Literature
Danish literature () a subset of Scandinavian literature, stretches back to the Middle Ages. The earliest preserved texts from Denmark are runic inscriptions on memorial stones and other objects, some of which contain short poems in alliterative verse. Danish Art
Danish art is the visual arts produced in Denmark or by Danish artists. It goes back thousands of years with significant artifacts from the 2nd millennium BC, such as the Trundholm sun chariot. For many early periods, it is usually considered as part of the wider Nordic art of Scandinavia. Art from what is today Denmark forms part of the art of the Nordic Bronze Age, and then Norse and Viking art.
