State road D.715 is a north to south state road in Turkey. The northern end of the road merges to State road D.750 at a location popularly known as Kulu makası (Kulu junction) north of Lake Tuz. The southern end of the road merges to State road D.400 in Silifke. Kulu, Konya
Kulu is a town and district of Konya Province in the Central Anatolia region of Turkey. According to the 2011 census, the population of the district is 55,573 and 22,844 of that number live in the town of Kulu.
