The State University of Novi Pazar ( sr, Државни Универзитет у Новом Пазару, Državni Univerzitet u Novom Pazaru) is a public university in Serbia. It was founded in 2006 and organized in ten faculties with headquarters in Novi Pazar. Organization and academics The State University of Novi Pazar is governed by the University Council, University Senate and the Rector, who represents the university externally. As of 2018, it has 16 study programs and several departments. Novi Pazar ( sr-cyr, Нови Пазар, lit. "New Bazaar"; ) is a city located in the Raška District of southwestern Serbia. The European University Association (EUA) represents more than 800 institutions of higher education in 48 countries, providing them with a forum for cooperation and exchange of information on higher education and research policies.
