State Oceanic Administration
The State Oceanic Administration (SOA; ) was an administrative agency subordinate to the Ministry of Land and Resources, responsible for the supervision and management of sea area in the People's Republic of China and coastal environmental protection, protecting national maritime rights and organizing scientific and technical research of its territorial waters. In March 2018, the 13th National People's Congress announced that the newly formed Ministry of Natural Resources will replace the functions of the Ministry of Land & Resources, State Oceanic Administration and the State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping. Wang Hong (王弘) (379–432), courtesy name Xiuyuan (休元), formally Duke Wenzhao of Huarong (華容文昭公), was a high-level official of the History of China, Chinese Liu Song dynasty. He served during the administrations of Emperor Wu of Liu Song, Emperor Wu (Liu Yu), Emperor Shao of Liu Song, Emperor Shao, and Emperor Wen of Liu Song, becoming prime minister during Emperor Wen's reign. During Jin Dynasty Wang Hong was a great-grandson of the famed Jin Dynasty (265-420), Jin prime minister Wang Dao. Liu Cigui
Liu Cigui (; born 18 September 1955) is a Chinese politician. He is the current Communist Party Secretary of Hainan province. His former positions include Governor of Hainan, Director of the State Oceanic Administration and China Coast Guard and Mayor of Xiamen and Longyan in Fujian province. Life and career Liu Cigui was born on 18 September 1955 in Hui'an County, Quanzhou, Fujian province. In 1973, during the late Cultural Revolution, he worked as a sent-down youth (''zhiqing'') in Shaowu County's Hongdun Commune.
