Stary Wielisław (german: Altwilmsdorf) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kłodzko, within Kłodzko County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately south-west of Kłodzko, and south of the regional capital Wrocław. The Shrine of Our Lady of Sorrows is a church in the Stary Wielisław, Poland. The history of the church dates to the tenth century, although the current structure dates only to the 15th century.
