Stari Ulcinj ( sr-cyr, Стари Улцињ; Albanian language, Albanian: Ulqini i Vjetër) is a small island in the Adriatic Sea located in the south of Montenegro, in Ulcinj Municipality. Description Stari Ulcinj is a small rocky island in the Ulcinj Municipality with an area of 1.8 hectares, much smaller than the other island of Ulcinj Municipality Ada Bojana. The island is about 150 meters from the coast. It has no civilian population and is used for tourism. Ulcinj Municipality
Ulcinj Municipality (Montenegrin language, Montenegrin: Opština Ulcinj / Општина Улцињ; Albanian language, Albanian: Komuna e Ulqinit) is the southernmost municipalities of Montenegro, municipality of Montenegro, bordered by Albania to the east, Bar Municipality to the north and Adriatic Sea to the south and the west. It has an area of 255 km², and a population of 19,921 as of the 2011 Census of Montenegro, 2011 census. Its seat is the town of Ulcinj. Albanian Language
Albanian ( endonym: or ) is an Indo-European language and an independent branch of that family of languages. It is spoken by the Albanians in the Balkans and by the Albanian diaspora, which is generally concentrated in the Americas, Europe and Oceania. With about 7.5 million speakers, it comprises an independent branch within the Indo-European languages and is not closely related to any other modern Indo-European language. The Adriatic Sea () is a body of water separating the Italian Peninsula from the Balkan Peninsula. The Adriatic is the northernmost arm of the Mediterranean Sea, extending from the Strait of Otranto (where it connects to the Ionian Sea) to the northwest and the Po Valley. Ada Bojana
Ada Bojana ( cnr, Ада Бојана, ; Albanian: Ishulli i Bunës) is an island in the Ulcinj Municipality in Montenegro. The name ''Ada'' means river island in Serbo-Croatian. The island is created by a river delta of the Bojana River. It is located on the southernmost tip of Montenegro, with the Bojana river separating it from Pulaj and Velipojë in the Albanian territory. The island is of triangular shape, bordered from two sides by the Bojana river and by the Adriatic Sea from the southwest. It has an area of 4.8 square km. It is a popular tourist destination, with long sandy beach with traditional seafood restaurants.
