Stardom Cinderella Tournament 2018
The was the fourth annual professional wrestling single-elimination tournament promoted by World Wonder Ring Stardom in Tokyo, Japan. The event took place on April 30, 2018. Storylines The show featured fourteen Cinderella Tournament matches and a dark match with scripted storylines, where wrestlers portray villains, heroes, or less distinguishable characters in the scripted events that built tension and culminate in a wrestling match or series of matches. The matches can be won by pinfall, submission or elimination over the top rope. A time-limit draw or a double elimination means a loss for each competitor. Event The preshow included a dark match in which Hanan, the High Speed Champion Mary Apache, Nao Yamaguchi, Natsumi and the Future of Stardom Champion Starlight Kid defeated AZM, Leo Onozaki, Natsuko Tora, Ruaka and Shiki Shibusawa as a result of a ten-woman tag team match. World Wonder Ring Stardom
World Wonder Ring Stardom (スターダム 女子プロレス), often referred to simply as Stardom (stylized as ST★RDOM), is a Japanese '' joshi puroresu'' or women's professional wrestling promotion based in Tokyo, Japan. Stardom was founded in September 2010 by former All Japan Women co-producer Rossy Ogawa, retired professional wrestler and mixed martial artist Fuka Kakimoto, and All Japan Women veteran professional wrestler Nanae Takahashi. is a professional wrestling stable, currently performing in the Japanese professional wrestling promotion, World Wonder Ring Stardom. The stable is led by Utami Hayashishita and also consists of AZM, Saya Kamitani, Lady C, Hina and Miyu Amasaki. The title, which in Stardom's championship hierarchy is situated as the secondary title behind the World of Stardom Championship, was introduced on June 26, 2011, and the inaugural champion was crowned on July 24, 2011, when Yuzuki Aikawa defeated Yoshiko in a decision match. Future Of Stardom Championship
The is a women's professional wrestling championship owned by the World Wonder Ring Stardom promotion. The title was introduced on February 18, 2018, and the inaugural champion was crowned on March 28, when Starlight Kid defeated Shiki Shibusawa in the finals of a five-woman single-elimination tournament. Initially, in order for a wrestler to challenge for the title, they must have been under twenty years old or have less than two years of experience in professional wrestling. But on December 20, 2020, the experience level requirement for the title was changed from two years to less than three years of wrestling experience, regardless of the wrestler's age. Like most professional wrestling championships, the title is won as a result of a scripted match. There have been a total of nine reigns shared among nine different wrestlers and two vacancies.
