''Star Awards 2003'' was an awards ceremony part of the annual Star Awards held by MediaCorp Channel 8 on 7 December 2003. The tenth installment of ''Star Awards'' were hosted by Timothy Chao for the sixth consecutive ceremony, along with current affairs hostess and nominee for the Best News and Current Affairs Presenter Chun Guek Lay. The ceremony gave away 27 awards, six of which were awarded in the Backstage Ceremony and the rest on the main ceremony. The Backstage Ceremony does not have presenters giving out the awards. The awards which would be presented for the last time this ceremony were Malaysia's Favourite Artistes, Malaysia's Favourite Drama Serial, and Special Achievement Award, although these awards were later returned with a revised category, such as Favorite Male and Female Character, Most Popular Regional Artiste, and Social Media Award, and these awards would be awarded on a first show when the show was revamped into a two-show format between 2010 till 2016. ''Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?'' (often informally called ''Millionaire'') is an international television game show franchise of British origin, created by David Briggs, Mike Whitehill and Steven Knight. Zoe Tay
Zoe Tay (; born 10 January 1968) is a Singaporean actress and former model. She has been referred to as the "Queen of Caldecott Hill" and "Ah Jie" (Top Actress) by the local media since the rise of her popularity in the 1990s. Jeanette Aw Ee-Ping (born 28 June 1979), better known by her stage name Ou Xuan (), is a Singaporean actress, filmmaker, businesswoman and writer. Jacelyn Tay Siew Cheng (; born 12 June 1975) is a Singaporean former actress, health coach and businesswoman . She was crowned the female champion of the local Star Search Singapore competition in 1995 and was a full-time Mediacorp artiste from 1995 to 2006. In 2004 and 2005 respectively, Tay published the books ''Feel Good Look Good with Jacelyn'' and ''Make-up for Asian Women''. ''True Heroes'' (真心英雄) revolves around the daily lives of three police officers in a Neighbourhood Police Centre in Singapore. Christopher Lee Meng Soon (; born 23 July 1971) is a Malaysian actor, host and singer based in Singapore.
