Angelo Stano
Angelo Stano (born 6 January 1953) is an Italian comic book artist. He provided drawings for Dylan Dog, including for the first story. He was, up to the issue no. 363, the series' cover artist and was later replaced by Luigi Cavenago. Biography Angelo Stano was born at Santeramo in Colle, in the province of Bari, in the south of Italy. In 1971, he moved to Milan. His debut as a comic illustrator came in 1973 with a production of Jules Verne's ''From the Earth to the Moon''. Two years later he produced several stories for ''Audax'', published by Mondadori. In 1975, he created stories for the weekly ''Audax'', directed by Nino Cannata for Arnoldo Mondadori Editore, as well as brief episodes of war stories for Editorial Dardo. After several collaborations with other publishers (Ediperiodici, Edifumetto, Staff di If, Corrier Boy, Universo), in 1985 he was chosen by Sergio Bonelli Editore to draw the first episode of ''Dylan Dog'', written by Tiziano Sclavi. Gerald Eugene Stano (born Paul Zeininger; September 12, 1951 – March 23, 1998) was an American convicted serial killer. Stano murdered at least 22 young women and girls, confessed to 41 murders and the police say the number of his victims may be closer to 88. Early life Stano was born as Paul Zeininger on September 12, 1951, in Schenectady, New York, the fifth child born to his mother, and the third she put up for adoption. His biological mother neglected him to such an extent that when she gave him up for adoption at six months old, county doctors declared that he could not be adopted. They said Zeininger was functioning at "an animalistic level", even eating his own faeces to survive. Zeininger had four biological siblings who were given up for adoption. Massimo Stano (born 27 February 1992) is a male Italian racewalker. He competed in the 20 kilometres walk event at the 2015 World Championships in Athletics in Beijing, China, finishing in the 19th position, and the same event at the 2020 Summer Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan, finishing in first place. Tono Stano (born 24 March 1960) is a Slovakia-born art photographer living and working in Prague, Czech Republic. Life and work Stano was born in Zlaté Moravce, now Slovakia. He attended the secondary school of applied arts in Bratislava from 1975 to 1979, and then, from 1980 to 1986, the FAMU in Prague (School of Film, Photography, and Television). Still during their studies, he and his fellow students (e.g. Miro Svolik) at FAMU developed a new style of staged photography, full of expressive movements and metaphor, partly influenced by performance art. Stano is mainly known for his black-and-white photographs of the female body. Several of his photographs have been used for the cover of photography books. Stano (born Stanislav Stavitsky, russian: Станислав Ставицкий, lt, Stanislavas Stavickis; 25 November 1981) is a Russian-Lithuanian singer, songwriter, and author. He is the frontman of the musical group Delfinai. Stavickis has also written two novels, autobiographical ''Kiek kainuoja ilgesys'' (How Much Does Longing Cost, 2004), and ''Neįtikėtinos istorijos'' (Unbelievable Stories, 2008). Stavickis was born to a Russian mother and a Lithuanian father. He came to Lithuania in 1992 to study at the Vilnius Secondary School "Lietuvių namai" (now known as Vilnius lietuvių namai), designed for students of Lithuanian heritage from foreign countries. Here he met Viačeslavas Saninas (DJ Sweetas, keyboard) and they established band called Delfinai (dolphins) in 2000. Stanislav Kropilák (10 June 1955 – 14 October 2022) was a Slovak basketball player. At a height of 6 ft 10 in (2.08 m), he was a power forward-center.
