Stanisław "Rewera" Potocki
Stanisław "Rewera" Potocki (, 1589–1667) was a Polish noble, magnate and military leader. Together with Stefan Czarniecki he was successful in defeating the invading Swedes and Russians during The Deluge. He was the most trusted advisor of King John II Casimir. Biography Early life Initially a lukewarm member of the Polish Reformed Church, under the influence of Jesuits and his first wife he converted from Calvinism to Catholicism. Potocki was married to Zofia Kalinowska and Anna Mohyła. After careful studies at home and abroad (mostly in France and in the Netherlands) he began his great military career by fighting the rebels with his father and uncles on the side of King Sigismund III at the Battle of Guzów. He then took part in an expedition to Wallachia and in the siege of Smolensk in 1611, during the Polish-Russian war. He also fought in Cecora (1620) and Chocim (1621). Stanisław Potocki (1659-1683)
Stanisław Potocki hr. Piława (, 1659 – 12 September 1683 at the Battle of Vienna), was a Polish noble, starost of Halicz and Kołomyja, rotmistrz and pułkownik of cavalry. Son of Hetman Andrzej Potocki and brother of Hetman Józef Potocki. Stanisław Potocki (; died 1760) was a Polish nobleman ( szlachcic). Potocki was Grand Guard of the Crown from 1728, voivode of Smolensk Voivodeship from 1735 to 1744, voivode of Kiev Voivodeship from 1744 to 1756, voivode of Poznań Voivodeship from 1756, starost of Halicz (now Halych), Kolomyia, and Sniatyn. He received the Knighthood of the Order of the White Eagle, awarded on August 3, 1742. Stanisław Kostka Potocki
Count Stanisław Kostka Potocki (; November 1755 – 14 September 1821) was a Polish nobleman, politician, writer, public intellectual and patron of the arts. Life Potocki was a son of General and starost of Lwów, Eustachy Potocki and Anna Kątska, and was a brother of Ignacy Potocki. He married Princess Aleksandra Lubomirska, the daughter of Great Marshal of the Crown, Prince Stanisław Lubomisrki, on 2 June 1776. He visited Rome in 1780, where he was painted by Jacques-Louis David. He was an alumnus of the Collegium Nobilium in Warsaw, and later studied Polonistics, literature and arts in Wilanów. He became Great Podstoli of the Crown in 1781–1784. In 1792, he became an Artillery General of the Crown and participated in the War in Defense of the Constitution. Count Aleksander Stanisław Potocki (, 1778–1845) was a Polish noble, landowner and politician. He was the senator-castellan of the Polish Kingdom in 1824 and chamberlain of Napoleon I. He was awarded Order of the White Eagle on 24 May 1829. Biography Youth and family Born in Warsaw, he was the son of the third Prime Minister of Poland Count Stanisław Kostka Potocki and his wife Aleksandra Lubomirska. On 15 May 1805, in Vilnius, he married Anna Tyszkiewicz (with whom he had Augustus, Maurycy and Natalia Potocka). The unsuccessful marriage ended in divorce in 1821. In 1823 he entered into a marriage with Izabella Mostowska, with whom he had Stanisław Potocki. He divorced Izabella soon after the birth of the child.
