St. Leo's College, Kyegobe is a Catholic-based, government-aided residential boys' secondary school, located in Fort Portal, Kabarole District, in the Western Region of Uganda. The school offers both "O" and "A" level education. Location The college is in the town of Fort Portal, approximately , south of the post office along the Nyakahita–Kazo–Kamwenge–Fort Portal Road. Overview It was founded in 1921 by the Catholic White Fathers. The college was first established at what presently stands as St. Mary's Seminary in Virika, Fort Portal. Joseph Mulenga
Joseph Nyamihana Mulenga (died 29 August 2012) was an Ugandan judge. He served as Justice of the Supreme Court of Uganda for twelve years between 1997 and 2009, and was a judge and later President of the East African Court of Justice. Mulenga died in August 2012. Biography Mulenga obtained a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London in 1965. He was called to the bar at Middle Temple the next year. During fourteen years Mulenga was National Deputy Chairman of the Democratic Party of Uganda. In the years between 1986 and 1989 he was Minister of Justice and Attorney General, he later was Minister for Regional Co-operation. John Byabagambi
John Byabagambi (born 8 May 1958) is a Ugandan engineer and politician. He was the Cabinet Minister for Karamoja Affairs, in the Cabinet of Uganda. He was appointed to that position on 6 June 2016, and was replaced by Mary Goretti Kitutu on 8 June 2021. He previously served as Minister of Works and Transport between March 2015 and June 2016, replacing Abraham Byandala who was appointed Minister Without Portfolio. Colonel (Retired) Tom Butime (born 1947) is a Ugandan politician. He is the Cabinet Minister of Tourism, Wildlife and Antiquities in the Ugandan Cabinet. Tress Bucyanayandi is a Ugandan agriculturalist and politician. He was the Minister for Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries in the Ugandan Cabinet.
