Springfield Up
"Springfield Up" is the thirteenth episode of the eighteenth season of the American animated television series ''The Simpsons''. It originally aired on the Fox network in the United States on February 18, 2007. In the episode, filmmaker Declan Desmond (Eric Idle) returns to Springfield to film the continuation of his documentary series ''Growing Up Springfield'', which chronicles the lives of several Springfield residents. He visits the town with a film crew every eight years to see how the lives of these people have changed, a plot which parodies the '' Up'' documentary series. Chuck Sheetz
Chuck Sheetz is an American director, animator, animation director, educator, and producer. He is best known for his work on ''The Simpsons,'' ''What's New, Scooby-Doo?'', and '' Recess''. Early life Sheetz grew up outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He moved to Los Angeles at age 19 to attend the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television. Sheetz's career in animation started in 1980 with the creation of his short film, "Wild Times in the Wildwood". He later received a Master's of Fine Art from the UCLA Animation Workshop. Career Sheetz began working as an animation timer, and later an assistant director, on ''The Simpsons.'' He began working as a director on ''The Critic'', a series created by ''Simpsons-''veterans Mike Reiss and Al Jean. Marge Simpson
Marjorie Jacqueline "Marge" Simpson () is a character in the American animated sitcom ''The Simpsons'' and part of the Simpson family, eponymous family. Voiced by Julie Kavner, she first appeared on television in ''The Tracey Ullman Show'' short "Good Night (The Simpsons), Good Night" on April 19, 1987. Marge was created and designed by cartoonist Matt Groening while he was waiting in the lobby of James L. Brooks' office. Groening had been called to pitch a series of shorts based on ''Life in Hell'' but instead decided to create a new set of characters. He based the character on his mother Margaret Groening. After appearing on ''The Tracey Ullman Show'' for three seasons, the Simpson family received their own series on Fox Broadcasting Company, Fox, which debuted December 17, 1989.
