''Sportsround'' is a weekly spin-off from CBBC children's news programme ''Newsround''. The sports magazine show was broadcast between 2005 and 2010, on Friday evenings at 6:30pm on CBBC Channel and on Saturday mornings on BBC Two at 7.25am. ''Sportsround'' was the only sports television show in the UK that was specifically aimed at children. First broadcast in 2005, ''Sportsround'' was a well-known children's programme, regularly having big names on the show, including David Beckham, Lewis Hamilton, Jenson Button and Frank Lampard. The final episode aired on 11 December 2010. It was replaced by a new sports show ''Match of the Day Kickabout'', which airs in ''Sportsrounds original BBC Two slot on Saturday mornings. Gavin Ramjaun
Gavin Ramjaun (born 13 December 1981) is a British journalist known for his work with the BBC, Sky Sports and ITV Breakfast. His parents hail from Mauritius. He was born in Worcester. Education Ramjaun was educated at the University of Cardiff's Cardiff Business School, where he obtained two degrees, followed by City University London, where he obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Journalism. Helen Elizabeth Skelton (born 19 July 1983) is an English television presenter and actress. Ore Oduba (born 17 November 1986) is a British television and radio presenter who has also worked as an actor. He is best known for winning the fourteenth series of BBC One's ''Strictly Come Dancing'' in 2016. He presented the CBBC news programme ''Newsround'' from 2008 until 2013. Jacob John Humphrey DL (born 7 October 1978) is an English television presenter, best known for hosting Champions League and Premier League football on BT Sport, CBBC's Bamzooki, and BBC Sport's coverage of Formula 1 Grand Prix. Adedoyin Olayiwola "Ade" Adepitan (born 27 March 1973) is a Nigerian-born British television presenter and wheelchair basketball player.
