Splash And Bubbles
''Splash and Bubbles'' (also known as ''Jim Henson's Splash and Bubbles'') is an American computer-animated children's television series created by John Tartaglia. The series debuted on PBS Kids on November 23, 2016, after ''Wild Kratts: Creatures of the Deep Sea''. It is produced using motion capture that blends with animatronic interfaces which enables the crew to make animation. Premise ''Splash and Bubbles'' follows a yellowback fusilier (though at times he and the narrator claim that he is a yellowtail fusilier), Splash, who settles in Reeftown after looking all over the ocean. He then befriends Bubbles, a mandarin dragonet, and the duo, along with friends Dunk and Ripple, explore the reef to venture and make new friends. ''Hinea brasiliana'', common name the yellow-coated clusterwink, is a species of small sea snail, a gastropod mollusc in the family Planaxidae. It is native to New Zealand and southeastern Australia where it is found in the littoral zone of rocky shores. It is one of only a few sea snail species able to bioluminesce. The firefly squid (''Watasenia scintillans''), also commonly known as the sparkling enope squid or hotaru-ika in Japan, is a species of squid in the family Enoploteuthidae. It is the sole species in the monotypic genus ''Watasenia''. These tiny squid are found on the shores of Japan in springtime during spawning season, but spend most of their lives in deeper waters between . Barreleyes, also known as spook fish (a name also applied to several species of chimaera), are small deep-sea argentiniform fish comprising the family Opisthoproctidae found in tropical-to-temperate waters of the Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian Oceans. Sarah Oh (born 1990 in Glendale, Arizona) is an American actress and model. She is of Korean American, Korean-German American, German descent. Biography She began acting when she was 13 at her school's theater department and starred in every single main stage production thereafter. Allan Trautman
Allan Trautman (born May 25, 1955) is an American puppeteer, best known for his work with The Jim Henson Company. Early life He is originally from Brooklyn, New York. Trautman has a B.A. in Physics and Drama from Washington University in St. Louis. Career He had his first job as a puppeteer during college working on The Letter People. He also has an MFA in Acting from California Institute of the Arts. Trautman spent two summers performing at the Colorado Shakespeare Festival. He stayed in Los Angeles after graduation and performed with Sid and Marty Krofft. Trautman began working with the Muppets in 1990 on ''Muppet*Vision 3D'', still showing in the Disney theme parks. Barbour's seahorse (''Hippocampus barbouri'') is a species of fish of the family Syngnathidae. Habitat ''Hippocampus barbouri'' is found in seagrasses and shallow waters off the coasts of the Philippines, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Individuals have been recorded at a maximum depth of .
