Spirit, also known as Iluka, was a proposed residential skyscraper under construction on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. Upon completion, it would have become the tallest building in Australia to roof, and the second tallest building overall (surpassed by the nearby Q1 (building), Q1). The site was sold in March 2019 with only basement level work completed. Proposed in 2015, the project was developed by Forise Investments and designed by DBI Design Pty Ltd. Eureka Tower is a skyscraper located in the Southbank precinct of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Construction began in August 2002 and the exterior was completed on 1 June 2006. The plaza was finished in June 2006 and the building was officially opened on 11 October 2006.
