''Sparks'' is a 2013 American independent action thriller film based on the graphic novel written by Christopher Folino and designed by ''JM Ringuet'' and ''Tyler Endicott'' turned into a superhero noir. The movie is co-directed, produced, and written by Christopher Folino. The film was in production in January 2013 and was released in March 2014 in the United States. James Sutton (actor)
James Cook (born 31 January 1983), better known as James Sutton, is an English actor, best known for playing John Paul McQueen in the Channel 4 soap opera ''Hollyoaks'' (2006–2008, 2012–2017, 2019–) and Ryan Lamb in the ITV soap opera ''Emmerdale'' (2009–2011). Early life Sutton was born James Cook on 31 January 1983 in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, the son of Jeanette and Donald Cook. It is from his hometown that he derived the stage name "Sutton".
