Royal Spanish Football Federation
The Royal Spanish Football Federation ( es, Real Federación Española de Fútbol; RFEF) is the governing body of football in Spain. It is based in La Ciudad del Fútbol of Las Rozas, a municipality near Madrid. It was founded on 14 October 1909 as ''Federación Española de Clubs de Football'', and officially founded on 29 September 1913. It administers the competition committee (including the handling of the trophy) of the Campeonato Nacional de Liga: the Primera División and the Segunda División, even though they are organized by LaLiga. It organizes the Primera División RFEF, the Segunda División RFEF and the Tercera División RFEF. UEFA Women's Futsal Euro 2022
The 2022 UEFA Women's Futsal Championship, also referred to as UEFA Women's Futsal Euro 2022, was the second edition of the UEFA Women's Futsal Championship, the biennial international futsal championship organised by UEFA for the women's national teams of Europe. The final tournament of this edition would originally be held in February 2021, with the qualifying rounds originally taking place in 2020. However, on 17 June 2020, UEFA announced that the final tournament had been postponed to March 2022, with the qualifying rounds postponed to 2021, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The tournament was again later rescheduled for July 2022 in the same venue previously chosen, Gondomar, Portugal. Spain were the defending champions and they successfully defended their title beating Portugal for a second time 3–3 (1–4 in penalties). The Spain national futsal team represents Spain in international futsal competitions and is controlled by the Royal Spanish Football Federation. It is one of the strongest teams in the World, seven times champions in the UEFA Futsal Championship, and the two times consecutive champions of the FIFA Futsal World Cup. It has been proclaimed world champion in 2000 and 2004, and three times runner-up in 1996, 2008 and 2012. At the continental level of UEFA competitions, it has participated in the eleven disputed editions of the UEFA Futsal Championship, of which was organizer in the first two, of 1996 and 1999. Spain Women's National Football Team
The Spain women's national football team ( es, Selección Española de Fútbol Femenina) has represented Spain in international women's football competition since 1980, and is controlled by the Royal Spanish Football Federation, the governing body for football in Spain. Spain have qualified two times for the FIFA Women's World Cup and three times for the UEFA Women's Championship, reaching the semifinals in 1997. Futsal In Spain
The Spanish futsal league is divided into divisions. The top teams play in the ''División de Honor'' (also called ''Liga Nacional de Fútbol Sala''). In each division, a team plays all other teams twice, once at home and once away. The Spanish league teams compete in Europe under UEFA, most notably in the UEFA Futsal Cup with great success, being the national league holding more continental titles. The 2015 Women's Futsal World Tournament was the sixth edition of the Women's Futsal World Tournament, the premier world championship for women's national futsal teams. 2012 Women's Futsal World Tournament
The 2012 Women's Futsal World Tournament was the third edition of the Women's Futsal World Tournament, the premier world championship for women's national futsal teams. It was held in Oliveira de Azeméis, Portugal, from 3 to 9 December 2012, and matches were played at the Pavilhão Dr. Salvador Machado and Pavilhão Municipal de Oliveira de Azeméis. Brazil won its third consecutive world title after defeating the Portuguese hosts in the final by a 3–0 score. As in the two previous editions, Brazil, Portugal, Russia and Spain reached the semifinals.Spain beats Malaysia 11-0 and will face Portugal in the semifinals.
