''Soy'' () is the ninth studio album by Mexican singer Alejandra Guzmán. This album was the first produced by Desmond Child, Randy Cantor and was the winner of the 2002 Latin Grammy Award for " Best Rock Solo Vocal Album", being the first win and, to date, the only Latin Grammy won by the singer. The album yielded four singles: " De Verdad", " Diablo", " Volveré a Amar" and the Robbie Williams's original " Quiero Vivir". The track "Vagabundo Corazón" features Joe Perry and Steven Tyler from the rock band Aerosmith. The last track, "Labios de Fuego" was featured on the soundtrack of the Mexican film ''Dame Tu Cuerpo''. ''Soy'' was certified gold in Mexico. Reyli Barba (born April 12, 1972), most commonly known as Reyli, is a Mexican singer-songwriter. He is also a composer and has written songs for artists such as Alejandro Fernández and Beyoncé Knowles. Reyli is a former member of Elefante, a band which he led until 2003, when he set out to release his debut solo album. This album, titled ''En la Luna'' (On the Moon), sold well, and ''"Amor Del Bueno"'' reached the top of the Mexican charts, charted in the U.S. Hot Latin Tracks and became a global Latin hit. Fernando Osorio
Fernando Osorio is a singer-songwriter, born in Bogotá, Colombia, and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. Early life At age seven, Osorio played the cuatro, violin, flute and viola in Emil Friedman school. Career In 1982, while being a member of the choir of his church in Caracas, met Juan Carlos Perez and formed the duo Fernando y Juan Carlos. They recorded in 1985 their first album, which was only released in Venezuela. Osorio also has had combined a parallel career as a songwriter. Venezuelan performer Guillermo Dávila recorded in 1984 "Definitivamente" written by Osorio, being the first time someone recorded a song by Osorio (aside from his band). Johnny Lang
Johnny Lang was an American cattle driver who discovered Lost Horse Mine in Joshua Tree National Park. He claimed that he had moved to the area because his brother had been gunned down in New Mexico with six other cowboys. In 1890, in the process of herding their cattle, they lost their horses in what is now known as Lost Horse Valley. He tracked them to what is now known as Keys Desert Queen Ranch, which at that time was believed to be occupied by cattle rustlers from what known as the McHaney Gang, but did not find the horses. He then claimed he then met "Dutch" Frank, who claimed he discovered a rich gold claim but was afraid to develop it because he had been threatened by the purported rustlers. Gary Burr
Gary Burr, born in Meriden, Connecticut, is an American musician, songwriter, and record producer, primarily in the country music genre. Many of the songs he has written have become Top-10 hits, the first of which was " Love's Been A Little Bit Hard On Me" released by Juice Newton (#7 on Billboard's Hot 100) in 1982. He became a member of the group Pure Prairie League (1982 to 1985), taking over after Vince Gill departed the group. Burr later moved to Nashville to focus on his songwriting career, though he has continued performing and is currently a member of the Blue Sky Riders. Eric M. Bazilian (born July 21, 1953) is an American singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, arranger and producer. Bazilian is a founding member of the rock band The Hooters. He wrote " One of Us", a song first recorded by Joan Osborne in 1995.
