Southern Railway Depot, also known as Ninety Six Depot, is a historic train station located at Ninety Six, Greenwood County, South Carolina. It was built in 1915 by the Southern Railway, and is a combination passenger and freight depot. It is a one-story, rectangular brick building with a flared hipped roof, bay window, station master's room, and segregated waiting rooms. Ninety Six is a town in Greenwood County, South Carolina, United States. The population was 1,998 at the 2010 census. Geography Ninety Six is located in eastern Greenwood County at (34.173211, -82.021710). South Carolina Highway 34 passes through the town as its Main Street; it leads west to Greenwood, the county seat, and east to Newberry. Lake Greenwood State Park is northeast of town, and Ninety Six National Historic Site is south of the center of town.
