The Formula 4 South East Asia Championship was a formula racing series run to FIA Formula 4 regulations. The inaugural season was held over 2016 and 2017 and the last one was held in 2019. History Gerhard Berger and the FIA Singleseater Commission launched Formula 4 in March 2013. The goal of the Formula 4 was to make the ladder to Formula 1 more transparent. Besides sporting and technical regulations, costs are also regulated. A car to compete in this category may not exceed €30,000 and a single season in Formula 4 may not exceed €100,000. South East Asian Formula 4 was the third series to start in 2016 and the eleventh Formula 4 category overall. French F4 Championship, formerly known as Formula Renault Campus France, Formula Campus, Formul'Academy Euro Series, F4 Eurocup 1.6 is a form of open wheel racing founded in 1993 by Louis Drouet. It is based in France and aims at karting graduates. The series currently organized by the Fédération Française du Sport Automobile (FFSA). Formerly, the champion receives support to continue in one of the Formula Renault 2.0 championships. In 2010, the re-branded series was made part of the World Series by Renault, but was then dropped for 2011. Since 2018, the series runs under FIA moniker. Sentul International Circuit
Sentul International Circuit is a 50,000-capacity permanent motor racing circuit located at Sentul City, Babakan Madang, Bogor Regency, West Java, Indonesia, near the toll gate of Jakarta towards Bogor city and areas at the foot of Jonggol Mountains Its pit facilities have easy access to the Jagorawi Toll Road. The current circuit is a truncated version of the original design. Approximately 40% shorter than the original, the circuit runs clockwise and is predominantly used for motorcycle racing and the Asian F3 series. Clark International Speedway, abbreviated as CIS, is a motorsport venue at the Clark Freeport Zone in Mabalacat, Pampanga, Philippines. The Madras International Circuit (MIC, previously known as Madras Motor Race Track and Irungattukottai Race Track) is a permanent motor racing circuit located in Irungattukottai, Chennai, India. The 2019 Formula 4 South East Asia Championship – Fueled by Petron was the fourth season of the Formula 4 South East Asia Championship. It began at the Sepang International Circuit on 5 April and ended at the same venue on 15 December. Drivers The following drivers competed in the series. Alessandro Ghiretti (born 18 January 2002 in Montauban) is a French racing driver and former member of the Sauber Junior Team. Early life Alessandro was born in Montauban to a family from Italian origins. His father Alain Ghiretti is an entrepreneur in metal construction.
