Route description SC 322 begins at an intersection with SC 49 (Lockhart Road) east-northeast of Pinckneyville, York County. It travels to the northeast and curves to the east-southeast and intersects SC 97. It crosses over Blue Branch and Turkey Creek. It winds its way to the east and enters McConnells. There, it has a very brief concurrency with U.S. Route 321 (US 321; Chester Highway) in town. It travels to the north of Draper Wildlife Management Area. Clinton Junior College
Clinton College is a private historically black Christian college in Rock Hill, South Carolina. It is accredited by the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools. History It was founded as the Clinton Institute in 1894 and named after Bishop Caleb Isom Clinton of the African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church's Palmetto Conference. On June 22, 1909, it was incorporated as Clinton Normal and Industrial Institute after receiving authorization to grant state teacher certificates. The school grew in the postwar era from the late 1940s into the 1960s and in 1965 the college changed its name to Clinton Junior College when the charter was amended to offer associate degrees. In 2013, the college was renamed from Clinton Junior College to Clinton College after it received accreditation to become a four-year institution. South Carolina Highway 121 (SC 121) is a major state highway that travels north and south in central parts of the U.S. state of South Carolina. The highway is actually part of a long multi-state highway that also exists in Florida and Georgia, as Florida State Road 121 and Georgia State Route 121, respectively. Itserves as a ''de facto'' auxiliary route from U.S. Route 21 (US 21) in Rock Hill. Efforts to have the road upgraded to such status have failed however. Route description SC 121 continues its concurrency with U.S. Route 25 (US 25) from Augusta, Georgia into North Augusta, South Carolina. Winthrop University is a public university in Rock Hill, South Carolina. It was founded in 1886 by David Bancroft Johnson, who served as the superintendent of Columbia, South Carolina, schools.
