"Sorry Not Sorry" is the ninth episode of the thirty-second season of the American animated television series ''The Simpsons'', and the 693rd episode overall. It aired in the United States on Fox on December 6, 2020. The episode was directed by Rob Oliver and written by Nell Scovell. This was Scovell's second ''Simpsons'' episode as writer, after a hiatus of almost 30 years since her season 2 episode "One Fish, Two Fish, Blowfish, Blue Fish". Plot Lisa, excited to share her "Who Inspires You?" diorama project with the class, creates a rap about her topic that exceeds the time limit set by Miss Hoover for the entire class. When Hoover (who is stuck on the floor due to her combination of back pain and laziness) uses an automatic-messaging app to give everyone in the class (even Ralph) the same B- grade, Lisa calls her a hack and refuses to apologize. Rob Oliver
Rob Oliver (born 1977) is a director for ''The Simpsons''. He has also been a character layout artist, storyboard artist, assistant director, second unit director, and technical director over the course of his long career on the show. He graduated from Owosso (MI) High School in 1995, and the next year he was hired to draw characters on "The Simpsons". He has worked on hundreds of episodes. Rob has also worked on Simpsons commercials, DVD menus, DVD boxes, and consumer products for the brand. His Renault Kangoo commercial was a mix of live-action and animation. Received an Emmy nomination for directing "Holidays of Future Passed", an episode of "The Simpsons". He conceptualized many of the visuals for the episode himself, while storyboarding it. Groundskeeper Willie
William MacMoran MacDougal, better known as Groundskeeper Willie, is a recurring character on ''The Simpsons'', voiced by Dan Castellaneta. Helen Vivian "Nell" Scovell is an American television and magazine writer, and producer. She is the creator of the television series ''Sabrina the Teenage Witch'', which aired on ABC and The WB from 1996 until 2003 and co-author of the book ''Lean In''.
