Soni Malaj
Soni Malaj (born 23 October 1981), also known mononymously as Soni, is an Albanian singer, songwriter and dancer. Life and career Soni Malaj was born on 23 October 1982 into an Albanian family in the city of Tropojë, then part of the People's Republic of Albania, present Albania. Her real name is Sonja Malaj. She spent her childhood until the age of 9 in Tropoja. The family then moved to Tirana where Soni would continue her career as a singer. She has participated in competitions like "Top Fest" (2006), and she placed second in Kënga Magjike with Flori Mumajesi, with the song "Fluturimi 3470". After Serbian singer Marija Šerifović won Eurovision Song Contest 2007, there was speculation that her winning song Molitva was actually plagiarism of Soni Malaj's song NdarjSoni Malajalso won top fest 11. Tropojë
Tropojë (; sq-definite, Tropoja) is a municipality in Kukës County, northeastern Albania, within the historical ethnographic region of the Gjakova Highlands. The municipality consists of the administrative units of Bajram Curri, Bujan, Bytyç, Fierzë, Lekbibaj, Llugaj, Margegaj and Tropojë, that became municipal units. ''X Factor Albania'' is the Albanian version of ''The X Factor''. The first season started on 8 January 2012 and was broadcast by TV Klan. The judges are: Macedonian-Albanian singer Tuna, Albanian singer Soni Malaj, Albanian-American singer Bleona Qereti and Albanian composer Pandi Laço. The show is hosted by Alketa Vejsiu. Top Fest was an Albanian music competition organised by Top Channel. It began airing in 2004 with its last edition being in 2015. The event was annually held in Tirana, Albania. The songs were usually performed in Albanian with artists from Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia and other Albanian-speaking territories. From its 7th edition (2010), the participants performed their entries 100% live. Format Since 2010, the show has been split into three phases. The first phase airs all accepted entries, performing their entries in playback. The second phase is the ''Semi-Finals'', usually split in three shows, where the winners from phase one perform. Kënga Magjike 2021
Kënga Magjike 2021 was the 22nd edition of the annual Albanian music competition Kënga Magjike. It was organised by Televizioni Klan (TV Klan) and consisted of two semi-finals on 26 and 27 May and the final on 29 May 2021. The three live shows were hosted by Marsela Çibukaj and Ardit Gjebrea. Alban Ramosaj with " Thikat e mia" emerged as the winner of the contest.
