The English singer and songwriter Gary Barlow has recorded songs for three solo studio albums, a joint album and has also collaborated with other artists on their respective singles. In 1996, Take That, a boy band consisted of five members, including Barlow, disbanded after 6 years recording music together. Three months after the release of their then-final single, the singer launched his solo debut song, " Forever Love"; it was written solely by Barlow and featured more mature sound than the work previously released by Take That. Eg White
Francis Anthony "Eg" White (born 22 November 1966) is a British musician, songwriter and producer. He started his career in the cowpunk band Yip Yip Coyote in the 1980s and then formed Brother Beyond with his brother, David White, in the late 1980s. In 1990, Eg White recorded the pop album '' 24 Years of Hunger'', and then in 1992 he produced the debut, self-titled album by Kinky Machine. He turned to songwriting in 1997, winning the Ivor Novello Award for Best Song Musically and Lyrically in 2004. In 2008 White worked with Adele on three tracks. Matthew Sheridan Cardle (born 15 April 1983) is an English pop singer. He was born in Southampton and grew up in Halstead, Essex. Cardle has been involved in music since his early teens and has been a member of two different bands; Darwyn and Seven Summers. Clinic (band)
Clinic are a Liverpool acid punk band, formed in 1997 by vocalist Ade Blackburn, guitarist Jonathan Hartley, bassist Brian Campbell and drummer Carl Turney. James Maddock (born 1962) is an English singer-songwriter and performing musician. Originally from Countesthorpe, Leicester, Maddock has been based in New York City since 2003. A Different Stage (musical)
''A Different Stage'' is a one-man show with music and lyrics by Gary Barlow and a book by Tim Firth. The show received its world premiere, close to Barlow's home town of Frodsham, in Runcorn at The Brindley in February 2022 before embarking on a tour around the UK. The show tells the story of Barlow's life in his own words reflecting on his career, friendships and personal life. Barlow worked on his first theatrical project in 2013 where he signed up to work on a new musical version of Finding Neverland which ran on Broadway for 17 months in 2015.
