Solomon Namliit Boar
Solomon Namliit Boar (born 15 July 1968) is a Ghanaian politician and a Member of Parliament of the Parliament of Ghana. He is a member of the New Patriotic Party and a Former Regional Minister of the newly created North East Region of Ghana. Early life and education Boar was born on 15 July 1968. He hails from Bunkpurugu, a town in the Northern Region of Ghana. He studied at the University of Cape Coast, and obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in management studies in 2007. He also attended the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, where he obtained his Executive Master of Business Administration (CEMBA) degree in 2012. Convention People's Party
The Convention People's Party (CPP) is a Socialism, socialist political party in Ghana based on the ideas of the first President of Ghana, Kwame Nkrumah. The CPP was formed in June 1949 after Nkrumah broke away from the United Gold Coast Convention (UGCC). Nkrumah was the then appointed Secretaty General of the UGCC when he was arrested by the leader of the UGCC and imprisoned for an alleged thought, plans and power against Kwame Nkrumah's leadership. Kwame Nkrumah then formed the Convention People's Party with support of some UGCC members and had a purpose for self governance.
