Bjarne Solbakken (born 18 May 1977) is a retired Norwegian alpine skier from Stranda who has competed at the Olympics, World Championships and the World Cup. Olympics Solbakken participated at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, where he finished fifth in super-G, sixth in giant slalom and twelfth in downhill. At the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin he competed in downhill, super-G and giant slalom, with a twentieth place in giant slalom as best result. Erik Solbakken (born 17 November 1984 in Hemsedal) is a Norwegian television presenter. Solbakken hosted the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 together with Haddy Jatou N'jie and Nadia Hasnaoui. Career Solbakken trained as a journalist at Volda University College and has worked for the state-owned Norwegian broadcaster NRK, hosting multiple children's shows including ''Barne-tv'', ''Julemorgen'', ''Krem Nasjonal'', and ''Superkviss'', as well as ''Barnetimen for de minste'' on NRK P2. In 2011, Solbakken hosted the prestigious sports award show Idrettsgallaen with Haddy N'jie from Hamar Olympic Amphitheatre which was broadcast live on NRK. Ståle Solbakken (born 27 February 1968) is a Norwegian professional football manager and former player who is the manager of the Norway national team. During his playing career, Solbakken was named 1995 Norwegian midfielder of the year, and he won the Danish Superliga championship with both Aalborg BK and Copenhagen (in 1999 and 2001 respectively).
