Sofya Tyutyunina
Sofya Alexandrovna Tyutyunina (russian: Софья Александровна Тютюнина; born 13 June 2003) is a Russian ice dancer. With her former skating partner, Alexander Shustitskiy, she is the 2020 Youth Olympic silver medalist and a three-time ISU Junior Grand Prix medalist, including silver at 2019 JGP Croatia. They also won a silver medal in the team event at the 2020 Winter Youth Olympics. Personal life Tyutyunina was born on 13 June 2003 in Moscow. She enjoys reading, drawing, and web design. Career Early career Tyutyunina began skating in 2007. She originally trained under Natalia Maryanski. Tyutyunina teamed up with Alexander Shustitskiy to compete in ice dance in May 2013. At the NRW Trophy, they won basic novice gold in 2013 and silver in 2014. The ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating (titled the ISU Junior Series in the 1997–98 season) is a series of international junior-level competitions organized by the International Skating Union. Maria Evgenyevna Kazakova (russian: Мария Евгеньевна Казакова, ka, მარია ევგენიევნა კაზაკოვა, born 15 July 2001) is a Russian-Georgian ice dancer who competes for Georgia. Bruce Waddell (born November 28, 2001) is a Canadian ice dancer and singles skater. With his skating partner, Natalie D'Alessandro, he is the 2022 World Junior silver medallist and 2022 Canadian national junior champion. They have won three medals on the ISU Junior Grand Prix series, including gold at the 2021 JGP Slovakia, and bronze in the 2020 Winter Youth Olympics team event. Personal life Waddell was born on November 28, 2001, in Toronto, Canada. He has two older brothers, twins George and Charles. Charles is a former ice dancer, and George currently competes in ice dance, representing Great Britain. He enjoys playing the piano and skateboarding. Natalie D'Alessandro (born June 16, 2004) is a Canadian retired ice dancer. With her skating partner, Bruce Waddell, she is the 2022 World Junior silver medallist and 2022 Canadian national junior champion. They have won three medals on the ISU Junior Grand Prix series, including gold at the 2021 JGP Slovakia, and bronze in the 2020 Winter Youth Olympics team event. Personal life D'Alessandro has two brothers. She enjoys photography and baking.
