Snowball Music Festival
The SnowBall Music Festival is a music festival held annually in Winter Park, CO. The first edition occurred from March 2–4, 2011, near to Vail in the city of Avon, CO. The three-day-long event consisted of back to back performances played across three outside stages. Headliners included: Pretty Lights, Bassnectar, and Flaming Lips. The organisers claimed that the festival incorporated the "ultimate marriage: mountains and music." Some participants have compared Snowball to Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, giving it the nickname ''Snowchella''. The festival’s winter setting allows attendees to experience Vail and Beaver Creek Resorts during the day prior to attending the music festival. In 2013, the festival moved location from its original location in Avon to Winter Park. The 3rd edition of the festival took place March 8–10. Avon, Colorado
Avon is a home rule municipality located in Eagle County, Colorado, United States. The town population was 6,072 at the 2020 United States Census. The town is a part of the Edwards, CO Micropolitan Statistical Area. Avon is the gateway to the Beaver Creek Resort which lies about two miles (3 km) south of the town. It was the previous site of Vail Resorts before the company moved its physical headquarters to Broomfield, Colorado, in 2006. Strfkr (a disemvowelment of "Starfucker"), stylized in all caps, is an indie rock band from Portland, Oregon. It began in 2007 as a solo project of Joshua Hodges. History Members include Joshua Hodges of Sexton Blake (vocals, keyboards, guitar, drums), Shawn Glassford (bass, keyboards, drums), Keil Corcoran (drums, keyboards, vocals), and Arian Jalali (Guitar, Keyboards) Prior to forming Starfucker, Hodges released a solo album titled ''Sexton Blake'' and followed up with an album released under the band name "Sexton Blake" entitled ''Plays The Hits!'' Big Gigantic are an American instrumental electronic hip hop and jazz musical duo based in Boulder, Colorado. The band have played at a wide range of music festivals, including Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, Lollapalooza, Ultra Music Festival, Hangout Music Festival, Austin City Limits, Governors Ball Music Festival, Electric Forest Festival, Outside Lands and Bonnaroo, among others. Jagwar Ma
Jagwar Ma is an Australian psychedelic dance band formed in Sydney in 2011. It consists of Gabriel Winterfield (lead vocalist, guitarist), Jono Ma (guitar, beats, synths, production), and bass guitarist Jack Freeman, who joined 2012. The band name is derived from a satirical compound of the word "jaguar" and Jono's surname. Henry Alfred Steinway (born February 8, 1991), better known by his stage name RL Grime, (previously known as Clockwork) is an American record producer and DJ. RL Grime specializes in trap and bass music and is a member of the Los Angeles electronic music collective WeDidIt. His debut ''Grapes'' EP was released in April 2012 on WeDidIt.
