"Smart Girls" is a song by American musician Brian Wilson from his unofficial 1990 album '' Sweet Insanity''. It was produced by Wilson, his former psychologist Eugene Landy, and Matt Dike. The publishing credits Wilson as the sole writer, while an original acetate credits Wilson, Landy, and Landy's girlfriend Alexandra Morgan for writing. Content "Smart Girls" is a hip hop pastiche containing numerous Beach Boys samples, self-quotations, and autobiographical allusions. The lyrics detail Wilson's infatuation with intelligent women as he acknowledges that his old Beach Boys songs showed only a superficial appreciation of women. The recording was reportedly at Landy's insistence. Asked in 2015 about "Smart Girls", Wilson said, "Yeah, we were just having a good time. Yeah, it was fun. We were just kidding." "Wipe Out" is a surf rock instrumental composed by Bob Berryhill, Pat Connolly, Jim Fuller and Ron Wilson. Composed in the form of twelve-bar blues, the tune was first performed and recorded by the Surfaris, who became famous with the single in 1963. The single was first issued on the independent labels DFS (#11/12) in January 1963 and Princess (#50) in February and finally picked up for national distribution on Dot as 45-16479 in April. Dot reissued the single in April 1965 as 45-144. The song—both the Surfaris' version as well as cover versions—has been featured in over 20 films and television series since 1964, appearing at least once a decade. "Hey Little Tomboy" is a song by American rock band the Beach Boys from their 1978 album ''M.I.U. Album''. Written by Brian Wilson, the song was to be included as a track on ''Adult/Child'' before the album was scrapped. It was also issued as the B-side to their single "Peggy Sue". "All Dressed Up for School" is a song by American rock band the Beach Boys that was recorded in 1964 during the early sessions for their album ''The Beach Boys Today!''. Written by Brian Wilson, the lyrics express the narrator's newfound fascination with a girl after realizing "what a turn on" she is in school clothes. It is one of the last original tracks the group recorded as a small ensemble rock band before entering their orchestral phase.
