The Slick Chick
''The Slick Chick'' is a 1962 Warner Bros. ''Looney Tunes'' animated short directed by Robert McKimson. The cartoon was released on July 21, 1962, and features Foghorn Leghorn. The voices are performed by Mel Blanc and Julie Bennett. The cartoon is an adaptation of the ''Mean Widdle Kid'' radio programs (and later, television skits) starring comedian Red Skelton. The main antagonist in the film—Junior, a delinquent chick who causes trouble for Foghorn—is based on Skelton's character; one of Junior's catch phrases ("He don't know me very well, do he?") is the Mean Widdle Kid's signature saying. Plot Foghorn Leghorn is filing his nails when Widow Hen comes by and asks a curmudgeonly old rooster, called Mr. Cackle, to watch her young son, Junior, while she goes out. Mr. Cackle refuses, claiming Junior is destructive, disrespectful and incorrigible ("''ME'' babysit with ''HIM?!'' You must be joshing!"); in fact, Mr. Cackle calls Junior "that Monster of Yourn" and says Junior "ma ...

RF-100A
The North American F-100 Super Sabre is an American supersonic jet fighter aircraft that served with the United States Air Force (USAF) from 1954 to 1971 and with the Air National Guard (ANG) until 1979. The first of the Century Series of USAF jet fighters, it was the first USAF fighter capable of supersonic speed in level flight. The F100 was designed by North American Aviation as a higher-performance follow-on to the F-86 Sabre air-superiority fighter. Adapted as a fighter-bomber, the F-100 was superseded by the high-speed Republic F-105 Thunderchief for strike missions over North Vietnam. The F100 flew extensively over South Vietnam as the air force's primary close air-support jet until being replaced by the more efficient subsonic LTV A-7 Corsair II. The F100 also served in other NATO air forces and with other U.S. allies. In its later life, it was often referred to as the "Hun", a shortened version of "one hundred". Texas Holdem
Texas hold 'em (also known as Texas holdem, hold 'em, and holdem) is one of the most popular variants of the card game of poker. Two cards, known as hole cards, are dealt face down to each player, and then five community cards are dealt face up in three stages. The stages consist of a series of three cards ("the flop"), later an additional single card ("the turn" or "fourth street"), and a final card ("the river" or "fifth street"). Each player seeks the best five card poker hand from any combination of the seven cards; the five community cards and their two hole cards. Players have betting options to check, call, raise, or fold. Rounds of betting take place before the flop is dealt and after each subsequent deal. The player who has the best hand and has not folded by the end of all betting rounds wins all of the money bet for the hand, known as the pot. In certain situations, a "split-pot" or "tie" can occur when two players have hands of equivalent value. This is also calle ...

Poker
Poker is a family of comparing card games in which players wager over which hand is best according to that specific game's rules. It is played worldwide, however in some places the rules may vary. While the earliest known form of the game was played with just 20 cards, today it is usually played with a standard deck, although in countries where short packs are common, it may be played with 32, 40 or 48 cards.Parlett (2008), pp. 568–570. Thus poker games vary in deck configuration, the number of cards in play, the number dealt face up or face down, and the number shared by all players, but all have rules that involve one or more rounds of betting. In most modern poker games, the first round of betting begins with one or more of the players making some form of a forced bet (the '' blind'' or ''ante''). In standard poker, each player bets according to the rank they believe their hand is worth as compared to the other players. The action then proceeds clockwise as each play ...

Queen (playing Card)
The queen is a playing card with a picture of a queen on it. In many European languages, the king and queen begin with the same letter so the latter is often called ''dame'' (lady) or variations thereof. In French playing cards, the usual rank of a queen is between the king and the jack. In tarot decks, it outranks the knight which in turn outranks the jack. In the Spanish deck and some Italian decks, the Queen does not exist and the Knight appears in them instead, with the same role and value. In several card games, including the middle eastern Trex and French Barbu, the queen is a major card to avoid taking, with each queen taken inflicting a penalty on the player. Similarly, in Hearts, the queen of spades is to be avoided, and is called a variety of unsavoury names. In the Paris pattern, each court card is identified as a particular historical or mythological personage as follows: Cultural references Regarding the anonymous nursery rhyme, " The Queen of Hearts" (publis ...
