Sremska Mitrovica (; sr-Cyrl, Сремска Митровица, hu, Szávaszentdemeter, la, Sirmium) is a city and the administrative center of the Srem District in the autonomous province of Vojvodina, Serbia. ''These Are the Rules'' ( hr, Takva su pravila) is a Croatian 2014 drama film written and directed by Ognjen Sviličić. Plot Maja (Jasna Žalica), Ivo (Emir Hadžihafizbegović) and their 18-year-old son Tomica (Hrvoje Vladisavljević) are an ordinary family from Zagreb. Maja and Ivo are nearing retirement and are struggling financially while Tomica is unemployed after graduating from high school. Croats are a recognized national minority in Serbia, a status they received in 2002. The majority of the Bunjevac and Šokac communities traditionally identify as part of the Croatian minority as well. According to the 2011 census, there were 57,900 Croats in Serbia or 0.8% of the country's population.
