Slapstick (comics)
Slapstick (Steve Harmon) is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. He resembles an animation, animated clown and has the abilities of a slapstick cartoon character, such as one from ''Looney Tunes'', including warping reality to match that of an animated cartoon. Publication history Slapstick debuted November 1992 in ''The Awesome Slapstick'' #1 and was created by writer Len Kaminski and artist James Fry. Afterwards, he made a notable appearance with the New Warriors in ''Marvel Comics Presents'' and was unseen until a "Civil War (comics), Civil War" cameo in ''She-Hulk''. He also regularly appeared in ''Avengers: The Initiative'' as a recruit. In 2015, Slapstick became a regular member of the Mercs for Money series. In 2017, he got a second solo series created by Reilly Brown, Fred Van Lente and Diego Olortegui that lasted six issues. Winsor McCay
Zenas Winsor McCay ( – July 26, 1934) was an American cartoonist and animator. He is best known for the comic strip ''Little Nemo'' (1905–14; 1924–26) and the animated film ''Gertie the Dinosaur'' (1914). For contractual reasons, he worked under the pen name Silas on the comic strip ''Dream of the Rarebit Fiend''. From a young age, McCay was a quick, prolific, and technically dextrous artist. He started his professional career making posters and performing for dime museums, and in 1898 began illustrating newspapers and magazines. In 1903 he joined the ''New York Herald'', where he created popular comic strips such as ''Little Sammy Sneeze'' and ''Dream of the Rarebit Fiend''. In 1905 his signature strip ''Little Nemo in Slumberland'' debuted—a fantasy strip in an Art Nouveau style about a young boy and his adventurous dreams. The Avengers are a team of superheroes appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The team made its debut in '' The Avengers'' #1 (cover-dated Sept. 1963), created by writer-editor Stan Lee and artist/co-plotter Jack Kirby. Labeled "Earth's Mightiest Heroes", the original Avengers consisted of Iron Man, Ant-Man, Hulk, Thor and the Wasp. Robert "Robbie" Baldwin is a fictional character, fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Ghost Rider (Daniel "Danny" Ketch) is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. He is the third Marvel character to don the identity of Ghost Rider, after Johnny Blaze (the first supernatural Ghost Rider and brother to Danny) and the Western hero known as the Phantom Rider, who used the name in 1967. In chemistry and physics, metastability denotes an intermediate energetic state within a dynamical system other than the system's state of least energy. A ball resting in a hollow on a slope is a simple example of metastability. Howard The Duck
Howard the Duck is a fictional Character (arts), character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character was created by writer Steve Gerber and artist Val Mayerik. Howard the Duck first appeared in ''Adventure into Fear'' #19 (cover-dated Dec. 1973) and several subsequent series have chronicled the misadventures of the ill-tempered talking animals in fiction, anthropomorphic animal trapped on a human-dominated Earth.
