Loutrochori, Pella
Loutrochori(on) ( el, Λουτροχώρι(οv) meaning "bath town"; formerly ''Paina'', Πάινα and ''Bania'', Μπάνια meaning "baths") is a village in the Pella regional unit, of Macedonia in Greece. According to the 2011 census, it has a population of 458, its area is 7.506 km2, and its population density is 62.08 per km2. The village is on a hill and thus it has a view of the surrounding countryside. Loutrochori is situated north of the Egnatia Highway (or A2, the Greek part of the E90) and south of the EO2 (or E 86). Pella ( el, Περιφερειακή ενότητα Πέλλας) is one of the regional units of Greece, in the geographic region of Macedonia. It is part of the Region of Central Macedonia. It is named after the ancient city of Pella, the capital of ancient Macedonia and the birthplace of Alexander the Great. The capital of Pella is Edessa with a population of 19,036 inhabitants according to the census of 2011, while the largest town is Giannitsa. Efthymis Koulouris ( el, Ευθύμης Κουλούρης, born 6 March 1996) is a Greek professional footballer who plays as a striker for Austrian Bundesliga club LASK and the Greece national team.
