Sky Campus
Sky Studios (also known as Sky Campus) is the headquarters of satellite broadcaster Sky, and home to much of their programming output. The Isleworth campus consists of nine buildings plus ancillary structures, with three of those buildings containing television studios. The site is also a playout centre for many of Sky's channels. There are ten conventional television studios on site, alongside a number of galleries, purpose-built studios for news and sports news broadcasting, and post-production facilities. A number of the studios are available for independent production companies to hire. Sky Sports, Sky Sports News and Sky News all use the studios, alongside light entertainment shows such as ''Thronecast'', ''Skavlan'' and '' Harry Hill's Tea Time''. Isleworth
Isleworth ( ) is a town located within the London Borough of Hounslow in West London, England. It lies immediately east of the town of Hounslow and west of the River Thames and its tributary the River Crane, London, River Crane. Isleworth's original area of settlement, alongside the Thames, is known as 'Old Isleworth'. The north-west corner of the town, bordering on Osterley to the north and Lampton to the west, is known as 'Spring Grove'. ''Sunrise'' was a British weekday Breakfast television, breakfast programme which was broadcast on Sky News from 6 February 1989 to 13 October 2019. ''Goals on Sunday'' is a British football discussion television programme on Sky Sports that shows highlights and analysis of the Premier League, Scottish Premiership and Football League Championship matches. Shown every Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday (under the name ''Soccer Extra''), the programme is fronted by Alex Scott and Chris Kamara. The show also features a rotation of various guest analysts from the world of football. The show has been praised for being more humorous and low-key than the rest of Sky's football coverage. ''Cricket AM'' was a Saturday-morning cricket-based television programme broadcast in the United Kingdom on Sky Sports 1. It began broadcasting in May 2006, and is largely based on its successful football-related counterpart ''Soccer AM'', as a replacement during the football off-season. The show lasts for 90 minutes and is presented by Matt Floyd, who has taken over from Simon Thomas, and Sarah-Jane Mee, the latter taking over from Anita Rani. A network operations center (NOC, pronounced like the word ''knock''), also known as a "network management center", is one or more locations from which network monitoring and control, or network management, is exercised over a computer, telecommunication or satellite network. __TOC__ History The earliest NOCs started during the 1960s. A Network Control Center was opened in New York by AT&T in 1962 which used status boards to display switch and routing information, in real-time, from AT&T's most important toll switches. ''5 News at 5'', also known as ''Channel 5 News'', is the news programme of British broadcaster Channel 5, produced by ITN from its main newsroom on Gray's Inn Road, London. History ''5 News'' was one of the new station's flagship programmes when it launched on 30 March 1997. One of the launch newsreaders was Rob Butler, who became MP for Aylesbury in 2019. It was originally produced by ITN, which at the time also provided the news for Channel 4 and ITV. It was announced on 9 March 2004 that Sky had won the new contract to provide Channel 5 with its news bulletins. ''The Pledge'' is a panel discussion programme broadcast on Sky News. There are currently ten panellists, five of whom appear on the show each week. They discuss a variety of topics – there is no presenter, so each panellist champions a topic which is then debated.
