Skills Passport is an electronic document developed by WorldSkills Russia, which confirms the level of proficiency in professional skills in accordance with the national and world standards of WorldSkills. WorldSkills
WorldSkills organizes the world championships of vocational skills and is held every two years in different parts of the world.
