The Skatt Bros. (or Skatt Brothers) were a band from Los Angeles, formed in 1979. At first they were compared to bands like the Village People for parallels in music on their first album, but later returned to their more rockish roots with the release of their second album titled "Rico & The Ravens", issued in Australia only. History Sean Delaney (musician), Sean Delaney, who had worked closely with KISS (band), KISS, formed the band in 1979. Signed to Casablanca Records by Neil Bogart, the original lineup consisted of Delaney himself as well as Peter Sweval, Richard Martin-Ross, David Andez, Richie Fontana and Craig Krampf. Andez and Krampf were later replaced with Danny Brant. In 1979, the band released "Walk the Night" (written by Andez and Fontana ), on the ''Strange Spirits'' album. "Walk the Night," considered a cult classic and the band's most famous release, reached No. 9 in the Dance/Disco list of the U.S. Billboard charts. In 1980 the band obtained gold record status in ... Sean Delaney (KISS)
Prentice John Delaney Jr. (January 8, 1945 – April 13, 2003), better known as Sean Delaney, was an American musician, producer, road manager and songwriter, best known for his work with the rock band KISS from the early 1970s until the early 1980s. He is largely credited with developing their choreography onstage, and co-wrote many songs with Paul Stanley, including "Mr. Speed", "Makin' Love", and "Take Me" from the 1976 album '' Rock and Roll Over'', and "All American Man" from the studio side of the 1977 album '' Alive II''. He also co-wrote the song "Rocket Ride" with Ace Frehley for the same album, a song that remained a staple of Frehley's live set throughout his solo career and was used as the title of his 2008 tour. He simultaneously produced and co-wrote songs for Gene Simmons' and Peter Criss' 1978 self-titled solo albums. He's co-written songs with each original member of KISS.
