In 2003 Volunteer Force was integrated into the Lithuanian Land Force. Tasks of volunteer soldiers were inevitably altered when Lithuania became a full-fledged member of NATO: approach of territorial defence was changed into territorial defence and training of modern active reserve. SKAT (tax Agency)
SKAT () was the tax authority of Denmark from 2005 until its reorganization in 2018 as a result of several serious scandals. It had been the state authority under which the Danish Treasury calculated and collected taxes and levied charges. The authority also undertook property valuation and settlement of debts. There were also 22 customs operations. SKAT had been created by the merger of the National Customs and Tax Administration and the municipal tax administrations. From 1 July 2018, Skatteforvaltningen took over the responsibilities of the former SKAT, and Skatteforvaltningen became a group of 7 different tax agencies with specific areas and functions, with the agencies continuing to share the skat.dk website. Mikoyan Skat
The Mikoyan Skat (russian: Микоян Скат, skate) is a concept of a stealth unmanned combat aerial vehicle (UCAV) being developed by Mikoyan for the Russian Ministry of Defence since 2005. Development Origin of the Skat UCAV dates back to 2005 when Mikoyan started working on the project. Emphasis was put on low-observability and thus the drone was designed in a flying wing configuration, in the form of a triangle, with use of composite materials and with armament hidden in two internal weapons bays. Its only full-size mockup was presented for the first time at the MAKS 2007 international air show. However, the drone didn't get through the mockup stage, and work on the project was stopped later in 2012 due to lack of funding. As Chief executive officer of RSK "MiG", Sergei Korotkov said to the press earlier, the development of Skat was discontinued. By the decision of Russian Defence Ministry, Sukhoi Holding became the new Head Developer of the Strike UCAV project. Still, ...

Delta Aquarii
Delta Aquarii (δ Aquarii, abbreviated Delta Aqr, δ Aqr), officially named Skat , is the third-brightest star in the constellation of Aquarius. The apparent visual magnitude is 3.3, which can be seen with the naked eye. The distance to this star is about based upon parallax measurements, and it has a close companion. Nomenclature ''δ Aquarii'' ( Latinised to ''Delta Aquarii'') is the star's Bayer designation. It also has the Flamsteed designation 76 Aquarii. It bore the traditional name ''Skat'' (also rendered ''Scheat'', ''Seat'', ''Sheat'', etc., which was erroneously applied to Beta Pegasi in late medieval times), from the Arabic الساق ''al-sāq'' "shin". Skat (river)
The Skat ( bg, Скът, ; also transliterated ''Skǎt'' or ''Skut''; la, Scitus) is a river in the western Danubian Plain of northern Bulgaria and a right tributary of the Ogosta. The Skat takes its source from the Rechka area near the Veslets mountain in Vratsa Province, part of the western Fore-Balkan Mountains, north of the Manyashki Vrah peak. It goes round the Borovan hill from the west and runs through a shallow gorge near Ohoden. From that point on, it has low banks and mostly flows through plain terrain with a number of meanders. The Skat is 510 metres wide, with a sand-covered bed. Its valley is asymmetrical, as the right bank is normally steeper than the left one. Before the construction of the atomic power station in Kozlodui the Skat flew into Danube directly. Then the Ogosta's course has been altered to free space for the atomic station separate canals and now the smaller Skat flows into the Ogosta at Saraevo, west of Oryahovo. The Skat is 140 kilometres long and h ...
