Sint-Truiden Railway Station
Sint-Truiden railway station ( nl, Station Sint-Truiden french: Gare de Saint-Trond) is a railway station in the town of Sint-Truiden, Limburg, Belgium. The station opened on 2 April 1838 and is located on line 21. Sint-Truiden (; french: link=no, Saint-Trond ; li, Sintruin ) is a city and municipality located in the province of Limburg, Flemish Region, Belgium, and has over 41,500 inhabitants, which makes it one of the largest cities in Limburg. Infrabel is a Belgian government-owned public limited company. It builds, owns, maintains and upgrades the Belgian railway network, makes its capacity available to railway operator companies, and handles train traffic control. Infrabel was created on 1 January 2005 from the split of the once unitary National Railway Company of Belgium (SNCB/NMBS).
