Single Lock Records
Single Lock Records is an American record label based in Florence, Alabama. It was founded by Ben Tanner (Alabama Shakes), John Paul White and Will Trapp in 2013 to release music from The Shoals region of Alabama, but has since expanded its reach worldwide. Today, the label is overseen by the team of Reed Watson, Ben Tanner and Addy Kimbrell, with offices in Florence, Alabama and New Orleans, Louisiana. The label saw its first Billboard 200 chart entry in 2014 with the release of ''Half The City'' by St. Paul and The Broken Bones. It has released charting records by Cedric Burnside, Dylan LeBlanc, Nicole Atkins, Penny & Sparrow, and John Paul White. Florence, Alabama
Florence is a city in, and the county seat of, Lauderdale County, Alabama, United States, in the state's northwestern corner. It is situated along the Tennessee River and is home to the University of North Alabama, the oldest college in the state. Lera Lynn (born December 5, 1984) is an American singer, songwriter, musician, and actress. Early life Born in Houston, Texas, Lynn was raised in Georgia. She has a bachelor's degree in anthropology from the University of Georgia. Before attending the university, she briefly attended Young Harris College in Young Harris, Georgia. Donnie Fritts
Donald Ray Fritts (November 8, 1942 – August 27, 2019) was an American session musician and songwriter. A recording artist in his own right, he was Kris Kristofferson's keyboardist for over forty years. In 2008, he was inducted into the Alabama Music Hall of Fame. Early career He began playing drums in local bands such as The Satellites and Hollis Dixon & the Keynotes at age 15, and later developed into a session keyboard player. Working closely with Rick Hall, Billy Sherrill, Dan Penn, Arthur Alexander, David Briggs, Jerry Carrigan and Norbert Putnam, Fritts was involved in many of the early songs and recordings created in the Muscle Shoals music industry.
