Sharon, Lois & Bram
Sharon, Lois & Bram (also known as Sharon, Bram & Friends, Sharon & Bram or Sharon & Randi) are a Canadian children's music group founded in Toronto, Ontario, 1978. The group's original lineup consisted of Sharon (née Trostin) Hampson, Lois Ada (née Goldberg) Lilienstein, and Bramwell "Bram" Morrison. Group formation Sharon Hampson, Lois Lilienstein, and Bram Morrison began their singing careers as individuals, and met while performing for the "Mariposa in the Schools" program. The three performers quickly discovered that they shared a common philosophy about creating quality music for people of all ages. Elephant Records
Elephants are the largest existing land animals. Three living species are currently recognised: the African bush elephant, the African forest elephant, and the Asian elephant. They are the only surviving members of the family Elephantidae and the order Proboscidea. The order was formerly much more diverse during the Pleistocene, but most species became extinct during the Late Pleistocene epoch. Releases When the album was released in the USA under A&M Records, the artwork on the front cover was changed. From 1979 to 2006, Smorgasbord remained available only on cassette and LP Record. In the Schoolyard is the fourth album by popular children's entertainers Sharon, Lois & Bram, originally released in 1981, featuring a central theme of songs and rhymes from the schoolyard. Releases The album has been completely re-designed and once by Casablanca Kids Inc. However, A&M Records re-released the album and made a few minor changes to the original cover art.
