Sinan Güler
Sinan Güler (born November 8, 1983) is a former Turkish professional basketball player. College career Güler played college basketball at Salt Lake Community College (JUCO), from 2002 to 2004, and at Carroll College (Montana), Carroll College (National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics, NAIA), from 2004 to 2006. Professional career After playing with the youth teams of the Turkish club Beşiktaş, Güler began his pro career with the senior men's team of Beşiktaş J.K. (men's basketball), Beşiktaş, during the 2000–01 season. After then playing college basketball in the United States, he returned to Turkey, and joined Darüşşafaka S.K., Darüşşafaka, before returning to Beşiktaş. He joined the Turkish club Anadolu Efes S.K., Anadolu Efes in 2008. 2017 Turkish Basketball President's Cup
The 2017 Turkish Basketball Presidential Cup ( tr, 2017 Erkekler Basketbol Cumhurbaşkanlığı Kupası ) was the 33rd edition of the Turkish Basketball Presidential Cup. The game was played between Fenerbahçe Doğuş, champions of the 2016–17 Basketbol Süper Ligi, and Banvit, the winners of the 2017 Turkish Cup. European Professional Club Basketball System
Professional basketball clubs in Europe can compete in a number of different competitions, including national leagues, regional (multi-national) leagues, and continental competitions. It is therefore possible for clubs from some countries to take part in several levels of competition in the same season. The Turkish Basketball Presidential Cup ( tr, Cumhurbaşkanlığı Kupası), sometimes referred to as Turkish Basketball Super Cup, is the professional men's basketball super cup competition that takes place each year in Turkey. The competition began in the year 1985. One game is held to determine the winner of the competition. It is played between the winners of the Basketbol Süper Ligi and the winners of the Turkish Cup season.
