Chilean cinema refers to all films produced in Chile or made by Chileans. It had its origins at the start of the 20th century with the first Chilean film screening in 1902 and the first Chilean feature film appearing in 1910. Plot The film tells the story of Andrés (Julio Jung), a man leading a boring and bourgeois life in a large mansion with his grandmother, Elisa de Ábalos (María Cánepa), an elderly woman who gradually loses touch with reality. Montreal World Film Festival
The Montreal World Film Festival (WFF; french: le Festival des Films du Monde) was one of Canada's oldest international film festivals and the only competitive film festival in North America accredited by the FIAPF (although the Toronto International Film Festival is North America's only accredited non-competitive festival).
