Silence Studio
Silence Studio is a Swedish recording studio in the small town of Koppom, owned by recording-technician/producer Anders Lind. The studio has been the location of many recordings of Swedish and Norwegian artists. Ebba Grön
Ebba Grön was a Swedish punk band formed in Stockholm, Sweden, in 1977. Ebba Grön consisted of Joakim Thåström (lead vocals, guitar), Gunnar Ljungstedt (drums) and Lennart Eriksson (bass guitar, backing vocals). Thåström, Ljungstedt and Eriksson were also known as Pimme, Gurra and Fjodor. After the release of their second album in 1981, they were joined by a fourth member, Anders Sjöholm, also known as Stry Terrarie, on keyboard. The group disbanded in 1983. One of the most famous songs they recorded is a cover version of "Den ena handen vet vad den andra gör" by the Swedish progg band, ''Blå Tåget''. Renamed "Staten och kapitalet", the song expresses an anti-capitalist sentiment about how the state (''staten'') and the capitalist owned corporations (''kapitalet'') control and enslave the working classes. Hellacopters
The Hellacopters are a Swedish garage rock band that was formed in 1994 by Nicke Andersson (vocals and guitar), Andreas Tyrone "Dregen" Svensson (guitar), Kenny Håkansson (bass) and Robert Eriksson (drums). Andersson (sometimes known as Nick Royale) had been the drummer for death metal band Entombed and Dregen was taking a break from his full-time band Backyard Babies. Dregen and Eriksson had been roadies for Entombed, while Håkansson was a childhood friend of Andersson's. The Hellacopters were initially conceived as a side project for Andersson and Dregen, but it eventually became the main songwriting and performance vehicle for Andersson. The band, together with The Hives, is considered one of the most important Swedish bands in the garage rock revival and one of the most influential rock bands in Sweden. Hell on Wheels is a Swedish indie rock band. The band was formed in the autumn of 1994 and soon established themselves. Hell on Wheels first release was the ''Power bubbles blown by big bitch'' 7" single on the Make it Happen label. The first album called ''There is a Generation of Handicapped People to Carry on'' was released in 2001, followed by ''Oh my god! Hedningarna
Hedningarna (''The Heathens'') is a Swedish, and for some years partly Finnish, folk music band that mixes electronics and rock with elements from old Scandinavian folk music. Their music features yoik or juoiggus, a traditional Sami form of song. History Hållbus Totte Mattson, Anders Stake and Björn Tollin formed Hedningarna in 1987. ''Hedning'' is Swedish for , while ''ar'' is the plural suffix, and ''na'' is the definite article (thus ''hedningar'' 'heathens', ''hedningarna'' 'the heathens'). They wanted to go far back to the roots of the Old Norse culture, including the use of ancient instruments not much used in current Swedish folk music. Stake, a trained luthier, also began to invent and build new instruments, to produce new sounds. Hardy Nilsson
Hardy Nilsson (born 23 June 1947) is a Swedish retired ice hockey player and coach. During his playing career he mainly played for Skellefteå AIK where he won the Swedish championships in 1978. In 1978 Nilsson moved to the German team Kölner Haie where he was very successful, scoring 21 goals and 102 points in 45 games. He ended his playing career in Örebro IK. Coaching career Nilsson started his coaching career in 1982 in Bofors IK before moving on to Modo Hockey which he coached for two seasons. He moved on to his former team Kölner Haie for the 1985-86 season winning three German championships in a row 1986–88. He coached the team to third place in the 1989 European cup and runners-up in the bundesliga in 1991 before leaving Kölner in 1992. Nilsson stayed in Germany to coach EC Hedos München. First Floor Power
First Floor Power is an indie rock band from Sweden. FFP recorded and released their debut EP ''We Are the People'' in 2000 on the Swedish label Silence Records. In 2001 their debut album ''There is Hope'' was released. Swedish National TV produced a one-hour documentary about the band which focused on the struggle and attempts of the band in its early career.
