Sidsel Dalen (born 27 November 1969) is a Norwegian journalist and crime fiction writer. Literary career Dalen made her literary debut in 2011 with ''Dødelige dråper'', a thriller novel set in Rio in Brazil, where the protagonist "Mia Mikkelsen" is a journalist who meets corruption, environmental crimes and abuse of power in the oil industry. Her novel ''21 dager'' (2013) is set in Norway, and was nominated to the Riverton Prize. In the novel ''Nødhjelp'' (2015), "Mia" deals with corruption in the Department of Defence. Sidsel Endresen (born 19 June 1952) is a Norwegian singer, composer, and actress. She was part of the Jon Eberson group. Since 1987, Endresen has pursued a successful solo career, recording for ECM. Career Endresen was one of the most pronounced female jazz musicians in Norway in the beginning of the 21st century. She is a versatile artist, who likes to challenge her voice with new experimental forms and combination of jazz and other artistic expressions. Her work has moved from "fusion" and "chamber jazz" in the 1980s and 1990s, to improvisational "new" musical forms in the mid 1990s until today. Sidsel Mørck (born 28 November 1937) is a Norwegian poet, novelist and columnist. Her awards include the Fritt Ord honorary award and the Ossietzky Award. Career Mørck made her literary debut in 1967 with the poetry collection ''Et ødselt sekund''. Sidsel Ben Sémmane (born 9 October 1988) is a Danish musician known since 2017 by the stage name Sémmane. She won the 2006 Dansk Melodi Grand Prix and went on to finish 18th at the Eurovision Song Contest 2006 in Athens. Her mother is Algerian. Sidsel Ulfstand (died 1575), was a Danish (Scanian) landholder and county administrator. She was the daughter of the Riksråd Jens Holgersen Ulfstand (d. 1523) and Margrethe Arvidsdatter Trolle (1475–1522) and married in ca 1532 to riksråd Knud Pedersen Gyldenstierne (1480–1552). She is known as Middle East correspondent for NRK, and is a recipient of the Ossietzky Award and the Gullruten honorary award.
