Sichuan Jiuniu Football Club (Simplified Chinese: 四川九牛足球俱乐部) is a professional Chinese football club that currently participates in the China League One division under licence from the Chinese Football Association (CFA). The team is based in Chengdu, Sichuan, China and their home stadium is the 27,000 seat Longquanyi Stadium. History The club was founded on 5 January 2017. They participated in the 2017 China Amateur Football League the same year and managed to advance to the national play-offs, but was eliminated by Zhaoqing Hengtai in the first round. They were ranked 10th and later admitted into China League Two due to the withdrawal of several other teams. In February 2019, City Football Group purchased the club. On 23 May 2020, the Chinese Football Association announced that eleven professional clubs across China's top three divisions would have their registration cancelled over a failure to pay player wages. Chengdu Longquanyi Football Stadium
Chengdu Longquanyi Football Stadium () is a multi-purpose stadium located in the eastern outskirts of Chengdu, Sichuan, China. Situated in the mostly suburban Longquanyi District, where it derived its name, the stadium is currently used mostly for football matches. The stadium began construction in 2003, and initially could hold 27,000 people; it was completed on June 26, 2004, in time for the 2004 AFC Asian Cup. It was the third stadium purpose-built for football (soccer) in China. Chengdu Tiancheng F.C. sometimes used this stadium for matches when its main venue was occupied for other uses. Nan Song (; ; born 21 June 1997) is a Chinese footballer of Korean descent who plays for China League One side Sichuan Jiuniu Club career Nan Song joined Yanbian FC's youth academy in 2010. He refused to sign a professional contract with Yanbian and training with Japanese side Albirex Niigata in 2016.
